Getting Here

For guests traveling from out of town, the following information is provided to help make planning a trip to the Delaware beaches a little easier.

Traveling by Air

For guests traveling by air, Philadelphia International Airport (PHL) and Baltimore/Washington International Airport (BWI) are generally the most convenient major airports, though several other options serve the area. Renting a car or arranging private transportation in advance is recommended for travel to and from the Delaware beaches.

Recommended Airports:

Philadelphia International Airport (PHL): About 2–2.5 hours by car
Baltimore/Washington International Airport (BWI): About 2–2.5 hours by car
Ronald Reagan Washington National Airport (DCA): About 2.5–3 hours by car
Washington Dulles International Airport (IAD): About 3–3.5 hours by car
Salisbury Regional Airport (SBY): About 1 hour by car, with more limited flight options

Traveling by Train

Amtrak offers service to Wilmington, Delaware (WIL), approximately 1.5–2 hours by car from Rehoboth Beach and Dewey Beach. Guests will need to arrange transportation from the station to the beach, either by rental car or prearranged car service.

A small block of discounted rooms has been reserved for wedding guests at Hyatt Place, located about 10 minutes from the wedding venue in the heart of Dewey Beach, where most of the wedding party will be staying.

The hotel is also right next to the wedding afterparty venue and within walking distance of many of the couple's favorite bars, restaurants, and late-night spots, as well as public beach access.

The Bellmoor Inn & Spa

The Bellmoor Inn & Spa is located in the heart of downtown Rehoboth Beach, near the boardwalk and within walking distance of many fantastic restaurants. The hotel is also about 10 minutes from the wedding venue and 5 minutes from Dewey Beach, where the wedding afterparty will take place on Saturday.

Vacation Rentals

For guests interested in renting a house, Airbnb and VRBO offer a variety of options for groups of all sizes. Guests are encouraged to look for rentals in or near Dewey Beach or downtown Rehoboth Beach.

Getting Around

Wedding Weekend Transportation

Transportation will be provided to and from all wedding weekend events, with designated pickup and drop-off locations at Hyatt Place in Dewey Beach and The Bellmoor Inn & Spa in Rehoboth Beach. Additional pickup locations may be added depending on where guests are staying. Guests staying at other hotels or vacation rentals are encouraged to stay within walking distance of either location if they plan to use the provided transportation.

Final shuttle locations, schedules, and pickup times will be shared closer to the wedding weekend.

Local Transportation

Dewey Beach and downtown Rehoboth Beach offer plenty of restaurants, bars, and local attractions within walking distance. For guests looking to explore beyond these areas, Uber and Lyft are also available for transportation between the two towns and surrounding areas.

For guests looking to explore beyond the immediate area, rental cars are another convenient option. Rental cars are available at the major airports listed above, and advance reservations are recommended.

What date should I RSVP by?

We kindly ask that you RSVP by April 17th, 2027.

What time should I arrive for the ceremony?

We kindly ask that you arrive 15 minutes before the ceremony begins. This allows plenty of time to find your seat and get settled before the proceedings begin.

Is parking available at the venue?

The venue offers ample complimentary onsite parking for all guests.

Will transportation be provided?

More information on any transportation details will be provided closer to the date.
